Extended Warranty Service
Information
Extended Warranty options are available
for the Kodak 1000i Wide Format Printer and the Kodak
1200i Wide Format Printers for up to 3 years beyond
the standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty - for
a total of 4 years. The manufacturer's warranty is effective
at the time of installation. If the customer allows
their extended warranty to lapse at any time, the warranty
cannot be reinstated. After 4 years, Kodak will provide
service on a time and materials basis. Extended warranties
are not available for used equipment or older printer
models.

ext. 62. Please have your printer serial number available
when you call.

The Extended Warranty agreement is a
fix and repair coverage plan identical to the original
equipment warranty documented in the printer’s
operation manual and covers all phone support, labor,
travel time and required parts, (excludes software,
RIPs, take-up & feed spindles, Nova-Primes, Easy-Primes
and printer covers).

the specified printer for the term of the coverage
plan. |
